Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of CertiRide. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

CertiRide provides an online vehicle inspection certification service. Customers upload photographic and video evidence of their vehicle, which is reviewed by ASE-certified mechanics. Upon approval, a signed digital certificate is issued.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority over the vehicle being inspected.

3. Pricing & Refunds

Standard inspection: $29. Additional platform certifications: $15 each. Renewal: $24. If your submission is not accepted after review, you may resubmit once at no additional charge. Full refund available if requested before mechanic review begins.

4. Accuracy of Submissions

You are responsible for submitting truthful, current photographs and videos of your vehicle. Fraudulent submissions may result in certificate revocation and account suspension.

5. Certificate Validity

Certificates are valid for 12 months from issue date unless revoked. CertiRide does not guarantee acceptance by any specific rideshare or car-sharing platform.
